TBi Infiniturn - endless rotation!
The robot welding torch system TBi Infiniturn has been specifically developped for modern hollow wrist robots. The cable assembly follows the shortest and straightest path to the wire feeder, right through the middle of the robots wrist and arm. The heart of the new system is the new TBi Infiniturn media coupling, which allows for endless rotation of the torch. The system continues to use the well proven TBi RoboMIG torches. Air and water cooled versions are available.
TBi Robot Torches RM 50G / RM 60G / RM 70G (air cooled)
The highly precise and collision resistant TBi RoboMIG welding torches are available in different versions and power levels. The geometry of the various models is always the same.
In combination with our Power-Pull planetary drive system, the TBi RoboMIG torches allow for the highest process stability in MIG/MAG welding. A separate blow-out channel exists in both the torch neck and cable assembly so that the system can be continuously cleaned and maintenance time is reduced. Each individual component (torch neck, wire feeding system, cable assembly) can be replaced easily due to the modular design.

Cable Assembly
The system component "Cable Assembly" has proven itself with long life and wear-resistant components as well as an integrated blow-out hose for cleaning the system. The standard cable assembly can be modified to meet various system requirements by using additional control cables and supply hoses.
Torch mount
The torch mount is the precise connection between the robot and the torch and constitutes an important component of the torch system. It is available in many different versions: straight mount, 22° bent mount, 45° bent mount, z-mounts and adjustable mounts.
Safety-off mechanism TBi KS-1
The TBi safety-off mechanism has been developed to reliably protect the robot and torch system from damage by physical contact with obstacles. Its oustanding features are the large allowed displacement of the tool together with a very high precision. For this reason, our safety-off mechanism is regularly the winner of comparative tests. To be able to continue operation after a collision without having to readjust components of the torch system, we always recommend to use this mechanical safety-off mechanism.
TBi TD 20 / TD 22
Very robust torch with good accessibility to the work piece. Attractively priced consumables allow efficient operation in industrial production.

TBi PP4R-RT

TBi PowerPull Planetary Drive System
The TBi PowerPull system has very impressive advantages over conventional wire feeders. Besides a significant increase in ignition reliability (e.g. for short start / stop cycles) the feeding properties for soft wires (aluminum, magnesium, copper-silicon, and its alloys) are excellent.

TBi Syntronic (reverse)
Electronic supply unit for TBi PowerPull drive systems, synchronizes the push-pull drive with the master drive.
The new Syntronic reverse additionally allows for wire pull-back. The welding specialist will find a wide range of useful applications for TIG, Laser and Plasma welding.

TBi JetStream
Our innovative torch cleaning station TBi JetStream brings a completely new approach to fully automatic torch cleaning into the production environment. The torch head is thoroughly cleaned on the inside and outside by air-propelled abrasive pellets. One main advantage of this process is that it is completely independent from nozzle geometry. Gasnozzle, contact tip, tip holder and gas diffusor will be cleaned without large forces on the torch. The periodic manual cleaning process, which is customary today, becomes obsolete and the productivity of the robot cell is raised.
TBi Spraying unit
The TBi spraying unit is completely sealed. Only the minimum needed quantity of anti spatter fluid is applied. The formation of droplets, that might have negative influence on the weld quality is prevented.
With our spraying unit, the oily residue all around the cleaning station is completely eliminated. No anti spatter fluid is caught in the extraction system, the life of the filters can be extended.
TBi BRG 2000
Well-proven torch cleaning device with rotating reamer. This unit is specially suited for robot cells with low or medium duty and regular maintenance intervals for manual servicing of the torch.

TBi BRG 2000D
The general configuration of this design is identical to the BRG 2000. The only difference is in the spraying unit. The anti-spatter fluid is held in a reservoir under atmospheric pressure, and is drawn in by a venture nozzle. This design makes it easier to integrate the spraying unit into large systems with automatic fluid supply, or supply from large canisters.
Wire Cutter TBi DA 2000
The wire cutter can be retrofitted to our cleaning stations, or can be ordered as an extra with the unit.
